Acceptable Use Policy

The content rules for AI Rap Video: what you may not generate, how we moderate text, photos and videos, how to report content, and what we do about violations.

Last updated: 2026-10-31

Scope

This policy applies to everything you upload, generate, publish or share through AI Rap Video — the photos, any topic line or settings the product asks for, the generated output, and the audio — and it forms part of the terms of service .

Content standards and prohibited categories

We prohibit the following six categories of content. They are listed one by one because each is a separate rule:

  • Pornography / NSFW content.
  • Violence / gore.
  • Hate speech.
  • Child-unsafe content (CSAM).
  • Deceptive deepfakes and impersonation of real people.
  • Copyright / trademark infringement.

Absolutely prohibited

The following are prohibited without exception, and we may report them to the relevant authority:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexual content involving a minor;
  • content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism or mass violence;
  • technical instructions for weapons of mass destruction;
  • content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred;
  • synthetic sexual or intimate content of a real person — a face swap into an intimate scene, a “nudify” image — whether or not that person agreed.

Agreement is not a defence for anything in that list. For every other rule in this policy it is the deciding line: with the agreement of every person depicted, a clearly labelled parody is allowed; without it, or where the clip is passed off as real, the same clip is a prohibited deepfake.

How products use a face

Products differ in how they use a face. Some animate the face in the photo you upload. Others replace performers in a reference performance with the people you upload or with preset AI actors. The product page says which. A clearly labelled parody of people who have agreed is not a deceptive deepfake under this policy.

In every case, upload a photo only of yourself, or of a person who has agreed to appear and whose permission you can show. Do not upload a photo of a public figure, a celebrity or a politician. Replacing a performer in a reference performance is not permission to depict a real person who did not agree. Where a product seats several people, every person in every photo must have agreed — not only the account holder.

Uploaded material

You may only upload your own photos, or material for which you have explicit permission from every person depicted and from whoever took it. Uploading another person’s photo without their consent is prohibited. Before uploading, you must confirm that the material is your own or that you have permission. Permission does not authorise the deepfake content prohibited above.

Other prohibited conduct

  • content that harasses, threatens, defames or humiliates a real person;
  • content that breaks the law where you live or where you publish it;
  • generating or spreading misinformation, or presenting AI-generated output as a recording of something that really happened;
  • impersonating real individuals, brands or organisations;
  • infringing intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights, including copyrighted lyrics, characters, logos, or an artist’s voice or style presented as theirs;
  • bulk-generating spam or deceptive commercial content;
  • prompts designed to bypass our content checks.

Moderation

We check every order before payment. Any text the product asks for is checked against our prohibited-terms list and by Waffo Prompt Sift ; every uploaded photo is checked by an NSFW image classifier . Each photo is then run through a face detector on our own servers , which counts the people in it — that is how a group shot, or a photo with nobody in it, is rejected before you pay. The detector only counts faces. It does not identify anyone, and no photo is matched against a database, a watchlist or public figures. Photos that may show a public figure are reviewed by hand. A request that is blocked, or that cannot be checked, does not start and is not charged.

We may review generated output before delivery, and we review videos reported by users. Before the link is sent, the finished video also passes an automatic structural check — length, frame size, audio, and how many people appear in each shot. Where a check runs, we keep the verdict, reason code and request id — not the raw prompt — for as long as needed to investigate abuse.

Public figures are a policy rule, not a guarantee of automated detection. If you see a video that breaks this policy, report it; we remove it and may cancel and refund the order.

Reporting

Report content or behaviour that breaks this policy to [email protected] . Include the delivery link or order number, what is wrong, and — if you are the person depicted — what you want us to do. The same address is on the delivery page and in the site footer.

Reports are treated confidentially. We review every report on its merits; deliberately false or abusive reports may lead us to decline further service.

Response times

Report First response Resolution
Child safety, real-person sexual content, credible threat Within 24 hours Within 48 hours
Other content or conduct violations Within 3 business days Within 10 business days

These are targets for a small service; if a case needs longer, we will tell you why.

Enforcement

Depending on what we find, we may:

  • remove the video and revoke its delivery link;
  • cancel and refund the order;
  • send a written warning;
  • decline further orders from the same buyer;
  • report the matter to the relevant authority, including for child safety or criminal content.

We apply the action that fits the finding; where the content involves a child or a credible threat, removal and a report come first.

Appeals

If we remove content or cancel an order and you think we got it wrong, reply to the same email within 14 days. We will re-check the decision and answer within 10 business days.

Changes

We update this policy when the product or the law changes; the date at the top of the page changes when we do. An order is governed by the policy in force when it was placed.
