Terms of Service
The rules for using AI Rap Video: what an order includes, who may appear in a photo, when refunds apply, and who owns the output.
Last updated: 2026-10-31
Agreement
These terms are between you and AI Rap Video (“we”), which runs ai-rap-video.com. By uploading a photo, placing an order or using a delivered video, you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.
Questions, including about an order: [email protected] .
What the service is
We sell short, fixed-format AI video products. Each product page states what you upload, what you get, which models are used and the price; the schedule below is the catalogue-wide summary. The main products today are an AI rap video and an Outstanding Tiny Desk video.
One order produces one video . The delivery link works for 14 days, after which the files are deleted. The video is not edited or revised afterwards; a different result means a new order.
We do not guarantee a rendering time. The usual figure is 10–25 minutes, but a slow queue or a provider outage can extend it, and we may cancel and refund an order we cannot complete.
| Product | Input | Output | Models | Price | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AI Rap Video | One photo | 10s · 1 shot · 768×1344 · 9:16 | Google Nano Banana 2.1, ai-music-api lyrics model, Suno V6, MiniMax H3 | $3.99 | 7 days photo · 14 days video |
| Outstanding Tiny Desk Video | 1–5 photos | 17s · 4 shots · 720×1280 · 9:16 | Google Nano Banana 2.1, Kling 4.0 | Not on sale yet | 7 days photo · 14 days video |
The product page and the checkout page control if they differ from this table.
How your video is generated
Each product uses the models listed for it in the schedule and on its product page. We do not offer a choice of model; if we change one, this page and that product page change with it.
Some products animate the face in the photo you upload. Others replace performers in a reference performance with the people you upload or with preset AI actors. The product page says which. In every case, every person depicted must have agreed to appear, and public figures are not allowed.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older to place an order. Every person in every photo you upload must also be 18 or older and must have agreed to appear in a generated video.
By uploading a photo you confirm that:
- it is yours, or you have the permission of every person in it and of whoever took it;
- every person in it is 18 or older;
- you have the right to let us process it, including sending it to our AI model providers to render the video.
You may not upload a photo of a public figure or a celebrity, or anyone whose likeness you are using to imply an endorsement, an affiliation or a statement they did not make.
Content standards and prohibited use
You may not use the service to create or share any of the following six categories of content:
- Pornography / NSFW content.
- Violence / gore.
- Hate speech.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM).
- Deceptive deepfakes and impersonation of real people.
- Copyright / trademark infringement.
Some of these are prohibited without exception, and we may report them to the relevant authority: CSAM or any sexualisation of a minor; content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism or mass violence; instructions for weapons of mass destruction; content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred; and synthetic sexual or intimate content of a real person — a face swap into an intimate scene, a “nudify” image — whether or not that person agreed.
Agreement is not a defence for anything in that list. For every other rule in this section it is the deciding line: with the agreement of every person depicted, a clearly labelled parody is allowed; without it, or where the clip is passed off as real, the same clip is a prohibited deepfake.
Products that replace performers in a reference performance do not authorise impersonation. The people you upload must have agreed; the reference performance is a template, not permission to depict a public figure or anyone else who did not agree.
Also prohibited: content that harasses, threatens, defames or humiliates a real person; content that breaks the law where you live or where you publish it; presenting AI-generated output as a recording of something that really happened; prompts designed to bypass our content checks; and generating copyrighted lyrics, characters, logos, or an artist’s voice or style presented as theirs.
The Acceptable Use Policy is the complete content policy and forms part of these terms. It sets out the upload rules, the moderation process, the reporting channel and the enforcement actions in full.
Moderation and reporting
Every order is checked before payment: any text the product asks for against our prohibited-terms list and Waffo Prompt Sift; every uploaded photo by an NSFW image classifier; and every photo by a face detector on our own servers, which counts the people in it so that a group shot, or a photo with nobody in it, is rejected. The detector only counts faces — it does not identify anyone, and nothing is matched against a database, a watchlist or public figures. Photos that may show a public figure are reviewed by hand. If a check blocks the request, or cannot run, the order does not start and you are not charged. We may review generated output before delivery, and the finished video also passes an automatic structural check before the link is sent; we review reported videos.
To report content that breaks these rules, email [email protected] with the delivery link or order number and what is wrong. We acknowledge reports within one business day; the response and resolution times for each kind of report are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy . Reports are treated confidentially.
Depending on what we find, we may remove the video and revoke its link, cancel and refund the order, send a warning, decline further orders from the same buyer, or report the matter to the relevant authority. The Acceptable Use Policy sets out the response times and the appeals route.
Misuse of the service
Do not misuse the service itself: no attempts to bypass payment, no automated scraping, no reselling or rebranding it as your own, no probing the systems for vulnerabilities outside a responsible disclosure to [email protected] .
Price, payment and delivery
The price for a product is shown on its product page and again at checkout, in US dollars. There is no subscription, no credit balance and no recurring charge. A price shown in the schedule is a summary; the checkout price controls.
Your bank may add a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee; that is between you and your bank.
Delivery is by email to the address you give us. Keep that address correct — we cannot deliver to an address you mistyped, and the link is the only copy you get. The link is private: anyone who has it can open the video, so do not post it publicly if you want to keep the clip to yourself.
Refunds
- The render fails. The payment is refunded automatically. You do not need to ask. We submit the refund to your payment provider as soon as the failure is confirmed; it usually reaches your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- The video is delivered but unusable — the wrong person, an unreadable face, no audio. Email us with the order number and we will redo the order or refund it.
- The video works but you do not like it. That is not automatically refundable. It is a generated clip, not a commissioned shoot, and the result depends on the photo you chose. We would rather say that here than argue about it later.
- You changed your mind before we rendered anything. Contact us; if no render has started, we cancel and refund.
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before opening a chargeback. A chargeback for a video we delivered and you still have access to may lead us to refuse future orders.
Your photos and our licence to them
You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited licence to store them, process them, and send them to our AI model providers for the sole purpose of producing your video. That licence ends when the files are deleted under the privacy policy ; it does not let us use your photos in marketing, sell them, or train models on them.
The video you receive
You own the video we generate for you, and you may post it wherever you like — subject to these terms and to the rules of the platform you post on. Two practical points:
- It is AI-generated. Faces and motion are synthesised and will not match the photos exactly. It is an interpretation, not a recording.
- Label it where the platform asks you to. Several platforms require AI-generated media to be disclosed. That obligation is yours, because you are the one publishing it.
Audio differs by product. The rap video’s lyrics, vocals and beat are generated for that video. The Tiny Desk video uses the original record; those rights remain with its owners, and a platform may mute it. Neither case makes the output immune to copyright claims about a person’s likeness, a trademark or a song you asked us to imitate; those risks stay with you.
Our property
The site, the brand, the copy and the code behind the service are ours. These terms give you no right to them beyond using the service as described.
Accounts
You do not need an account to buy. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping its credentials safe and for activity under it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that a render will look a particular way, that a face will stay recognisable, or that the service will be uninterrupted. We test before shipping, but generated output is variable by nature.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example a platform removing your post, or a lost opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of a photo you uploaded without their permission, or content you published that breaks these terms, you cover the resulting costs and damages.
Ending access
You can stop using the service at any time. We may cancel orders and decline further orders from anyone who breaks these terms, and refund any order we have not yet rendered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law that applies at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page changes when we do. An order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
